Update chart data ranges

Two charts on the monthly KPI sheet are plotting the wrong date range and omit last quarter. Adjust Chart 1 and Chart 2 so both use the Date column A:A and the Value columns B:B and C:C respectively, including rows 2 through 122, then confirm the charts update to show April through June. Do this before the 10 a.m. review and tell me if any rows are blank or contain text that might break the series.

Before I present these charts to the founders, make the plotted ranges obvious and reliable: surface the start and end rows for each series at the top of the KPI sheet, lock the ranges to A2:A122, B2:B122 and C2:C122, and flag any non-numeric or empty cells in those ranges with a red fill and a comment explaining the issue. Also make sure the X axis shows month names, not raw dates.

I changed the underlying table but the charts don't show April through June. Priya in growth will assume the data feed broke. I don't know whether the chart ranges are static or if blank cells are blocking the series. What's the most likely cause and the quickest fix I can do now so the dashboard looks correct for the 10 a.m. check-in?

Each month I spend 30–60 minutes fixing the dashboard because the charts stop before the new month. The recurring causes are inconsistent row ranges, occasional blank cells, and ad-hoc rows inserted above the table. What single habit change will stop this bleed and how do I enforce it across the KPI workbook so future updates are plug-and-play for analysts and the founders who view it?
