Export report data

I need the quarterly leads report exported so finance can reconcile campaign spend. Export the Contacts by Source report with all columns visible, include created date and lifecycle stage, filtered for January 1 through March 31, then save as a CSV named Q1-Leads-Export and send it to Maya in finance and to me for verification by Friday at 5pm. Double-check that no custom properties are missing and that the file opens in Excel without truncated fields.

Before I hand this to finance, make the export easy to audit: surface total lead count and spend-attribution row at the top, move created date and lifecycle stage to the first three columns, flag any contacts missing an original source, and append a one-line summary of applied filters and date range. Highlight any rows with nonstandard source values so a reviewer can spot anomalies quickly.

I exported the Contacts by Source for Q1 and sent it to Maya; she says the totals don't match the payments ledger. I can’t tell if the mismatch is from filtering, duplicate contacts, or a property mapping error. Should I re-export including contact IDs and original source, run a duplicate check, or ask Maya for a copy of her ledger to reconcile line-by-line? What’s the fastest way to pinpoint the gap?

Every quarter I spend hours re-exporting and reconciling lead reports because totals shift after I apply filters or contacts merge.
