Connect domain and DNS

We need the company domain fully connected and live in our account so our newsletter goes out from hello@brightgoods.co. Verify the DNS records at our registrar, add the exact TXT and CNAME entries they require, and confirm the verification check in our account. Do this before the Monday 10:00 a.m. campaign send so support isn't fielding bounces.

Before I ask procurement to approve DNS changes, make it obvious what the reviewer must paste into their registrar: list the exact host names and record values, show a one-line consequence of getting it wrong (bounce vs. delayed), and surface the single follow-up step I will own after they save it.

I just got a note from Amir in ops saying he added the TXT and CNAME at GoDaddy but the platform still shows the domain as unverified. I'm the marketer and the send is scheduled Monday; I don't know whether the records are syntactically wrong, need propagation time, or were added to the wrong domain. What's the most likely problem and the three things I should check now in order of impact?

We miss domain verification for every campaign and scramble to reschedule. Where are we losing time or credibility—wrong owner for DNS changes, unclear instructions to ops, or late starts?
