Freeze panes for navigation

My monthly forecast sheet scrolls right for revenue columns and down for assumptions. Freeze the top row and the left three columns so names, account codes, and the date header stay visible when I scroll; test by jumping to column Z and row 200 to confirm labels never disappear.
