Add tabs to a channel

We need the Sales Playbook tab in the 'North America Sales' channel so reps stop emailing the wrong version. Add a website tab pointing to the shared sales playbook URL, set visible name to 'Sales Playbook', and pin it so it appears first in the channel tabs. Confirm it loads for all channel members.

Before I add this tab to the regional channel, make it obvious and fast to use: recommend where in the tab order it should sit, suggest a short tab title that sales will recognize on mobile, and flag any file-permission or load-time issues that could confuse reps so I can address them first.

I added the Sales Playbook tab to the North America Sales channel, and several reps on phones say it doesn't appear. I don't know whether the tab ordering differs on mobile, whether the link is blocked by their device, or whether they need to refresh the app. What's the likely cause and the fastest fixes I can tell them now?
