Apply weather seal to roof penetrations

Before I give this to the field crew, make the instruction easy to act on — pull the final leakage test to the top, show a one-line materials checklist with quantities, highlight which penetrations need two-person work, and call out what would make a reviewer hesitate to approve the job.

I applied the weather seal to the cable penetration yesterday and after last night’s light rain Mark Li reported a drip. I followed the sequence but I’m not sure if the failure is poor surface prep, wrong sealant, or movement of the cable. Given this, what’s the most likely cause, what immediate rework should Aisha and I do before the heavy storm, and what short note should I add to the work pack documenting the remedy?
