Customize the ribbon and toolbars

I need the ribbon and toolbars set up for the team. Put Review, References and the Styles gallery on the visible ribbon tabs, move Track Changes and Compare into the Review tab’s Quick Access area, and add a custom group called Legal Tools with Comment Resolve, Insert Citation and Redline Summary. Make sure the ribbon is shared to the Office profile and tell me if any commands were unavailable on my Windows laptop by Friday.

Before I hand this laptop to the paralegal group, make their main commands obvious. Surface Track Changes, Accept/Reject, Compare and Comment on the ribbon; show Styles as icons not text; add a custom Legal Tools group with Resolve Comment, Insert Citation and Redline Summary; and flag any commands that will break for people using older Windows builds or different language packs.

I just moved Review, References and Styles onto the ribbon and created a Legal Tools group, but two paralegals on older Windows builds say they can’t access Track Changes and the Citation button. I can’t check every build. Which is most likely wrong — missing add-ins, a language pack mismatch, or a permissions policy — and what is the fastest, least disruptive next step to get them back to work today?

Across three rollouts we keep getting tickets where people on older Windows laptops or different language packs complain that Track Changes, Citation and Compare are missing after I push the ribbon. I don’t have time to test every build. Which habit should I change to cut remediation time: standardize a minimum Windows build, build a trimmed fallback ribbon set, or centralize config so IT applies it? Tell me the one change that reduces support tickets fastest and why.
