Use mail merge for letters

Prepare the client renewal letters for 120 accounts. Use the master letter and the spreadsheet Joanne sent, merge name, account number, renewal date, and the savings figure. Produce individual letters as separate files named Account_6421_Jones.pdf, and queue the PDFs for batch email to the sales reps by Thursday at noon.

Before I run the mail merge to 120 clients, make approval fast for the regional reps. Put the key personalized values — savings, renewal date, and renewal fee — into a short top paragraph so a rep can scan one page and approve. Highlight any accounts where the merged renewal fee differs from last year by more than 5% and flag missing email addresses.

I started a mail merge for renewal notices and a subset of letters came out with blank recipient names and no renewal date. I am Joanne in Sales Ops and worried some rows in the spreadsheet are malformed or use different column headers. I cannot see which rows failed inside the letters. What is the most likely reason and how should I quickly diagnose and fix it so the merge completes for all 120 accounts?
