Download transaction statements

I need every transaction for June through August so my accountant can reconcile payroll and fees. Download the transaction statements for my business account, check that the date range is June 1 to August 31, include fees and refunds, and save them as bank-style PDF statements named FreelanceStatements_Jun-Aug_2026. Verify the totals match the activity on the dashboard before you hand them to me.

Before I give these to my bookkeeper, make the downloaded statements easy to use: put the net income, total fees and refunded amounts on the first page, include a one-line summary of disputes and chargebacks, and flag any days with unusually high refunds so I can explain them. Also confirm the file names and date range so the accountant doesn't import the wrong months.

I just tried to download July's statement and the PDF only shows activity through July 10. I need the full month for payroll reconciliation. I don't know if the system truncated the export or if my date selection is wrong. Who should I check with, what likely went wrong, and what is the fastest fix so I can get July full before Friday's bookkeeping session?

Every month I end up with overlapping or misnamed statement PDFs and the bookkeeper wastes time fixing dates. I want a habit that stops this bleeding.
