Duplicate a board

We need a copy of the Product Launch board for running a parallel pilot. Duplicate the board with all lists, cards, attachments, and members, name it Product Launch — Pilot, and assign me as admin. Remove old archival labels and set the new board to private. Tell Priya in Product and Tom in QA that the duplicate exists and ask them to verify by Wednesday.

Before duplicating the Product Launch board, make the copy easy to use. Strip completed cards older than six months, keep open checklists and due dates, keep attachments but warn about large files, rename the board to Product Launch — Pilot, and prefix card titles with Pilot- where decisions differ. Flag anything linked from other boards that will break in the copy.

I duplicated Product Launch to run a pilot but several cards now show broken links to the Release board and attachments from last quarter are missing.
