Open the PDF document you want to brand in Adobe Acrobat.
Go to the Tools pane and select Edit PDF.
In the secondary toolbar, click Header & Footer and choose Add.
In the Add Header and Footer dialog, enter your institution’s name, logo, and any official information (such as department, date, or document status) in the header and/or footer fields.
