| Feature | Single Send | Send in Bulk |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Send to one person or a few specific people. | Send one document to many people (up to 1,000) at once. |
| Recipient View | Recipients may see others if added to the same document. | Each recipient gets a private agreement and cannot see others. |

When you use 'Send in Bulk', Acrobat creates a unique, separate agreement for each signer. This is important for privacy, so signers cannot see who else received the document. Each of these agreements also has its own audit trail. An audit trail is a detailed record of every action taken on that specific document, like when it was sent, viewed, and signed. This ensures legal proof and transparency for each individual transaction.
If you do not have Acrobat Pro or Pro for teams, you cannot use the 'Send in Bulk' feature. This feature requires one of these paid versions of Acrobat. Without it, you would have to send each supplier terms request one by one, which can take a lot of time for many recipients.
Yes, you can use a CSV file to customize details for each recipient when sending 'Bulk Supplier Terms Requests'. The CSV file allows you to add recipients, assign different roles, set up authentication methods, and even pre-fill default field values specific to each person. This saves a lot of time and makes sure each agreement is tailored correctly without manual input for every single one.
