A Header and Footer are special areas at the top (header) and bottom (footer) of each page in a PDF. You can put important information there, like page numbers, dates, or titles. They help make your document look professional and organized.
When you add a date using the Header and Footer tool, you usually insert it as a fixed date. This means it will not update by itself later. If you need a date that changes, you might need to re-add it or look for other tools that offer dynamic date fields.
