Open the PDF file you want to measure in Adobe Acrobat.
Select Tools from the main menu.
Scroll down and click on Measure to open the measuring toolbar.
In the measuring toolbar, select the Area measurement tool (usually represented by a polygon icon).
Click to set the first point of your area on the PDF page.
Continue clicking to set each corner of the region you want to measure, tracing the perimeter of the closed shape.
Double-click to close the shape and complete the area measurement.
Review the area value displayed in the measurement info box or in the pop-up window.
You can adjust the scale ratio in the measurement tool settings if your PDF uses a custom or architectural scale.
