Open your PDF document in Adobe Acrobat.
Click All Tools in the left pane.
Select Request e-signatures from the tools list.
In the Request signatures window, add the email addresses of the people who need to sign.
Click Specify where to sign (or similar) to place signature fields as needed.
Click Send to send the document for signature.
Monitor the status of your document in the Home or Manage tab.

It is very important to check that every attached document has a signature field. If a document is missing a field, the signer cannot complete their part. This is the main reason why many e-signature requests fail or get stuck. Always double-check all documents before sending.
