Open your PDF document in Adobe Acrobat.
Click All Tools in the left pane.
Select Request e-signatures from the tools list.
In the Request signatures window, add the email addresses of the people who need to sign.
Click Specify where to sign (or similar) to place signature fields as needed.
Click Send to send the document for signature.
Monitor the status of your document in the Home or Manage tab.
