My client, [client=Rosa], has worsening overdose risk and I think she needs a supervised medication adjustment today. Her guardian is undecided and my clinic's lawyer wants explicit documented consent for this level of intervention. I'm nervous about coercing her or getting blocked by the guardian. Read the email thread and risk notes I have, diagnose whether the barrier is genuine refusal, confusion, or guardian gatekeeping, and tell me the single next wording I should use in person and the backstop line I won't cross ethically if she refuses.
