When you flatten a PDF form, all the interactive fields, like text boxes and checkboxes, turn into regular text on the page. They are no longer editable fields. This is a one-way process. Once a form is flattened, you cannot go back and edit the field values as fields again. You should be careful because if you flatten a form before it's complete or correct, you lose the ability to easily make changes.
Yes, you can. If you have data saved in a file (like FDF, XML, or CSV), you can import this data into your forms. This saves time because you do not have to type the same information into each form by hand. It helps to fill forms quickly and accurately with existing data.
It is important to check form completeness before sharing a PDF to make sure all necessary information is present. If you share an incomplete form, the receiver might not have all the details they need. This could lead to delays, wrong actions, or the need for them to ask you for the missing information, which takes more time.
