Why it matters

Words are the ground floor of everything you learn.

Before you can reason, write, design or sit an exam, you need the words — spelled right, understood deeply, heard clearly. That is why Words Academy isn't a corner tool: it is a fundamental skill that surfaces wherever you are on LLOS.ai.

You'll meet it on your home page and inside the student, writer and designer spaces — and it sits right beside Grammar and SAT, closest of all to Grammar Academy.

Questions learners ask

Who is Words Academy for?
Everyone from a 5-year-old learning first words to a 95-year-old keeping language sharp. You set your age and first language at the start, and the engine calibrates the level and the pace to you.
What's the difference between ENL and ESL here?
If English is your first language (ENL), the challenge is usually the spelling and richer vocabulary. If it's your second (ESL), definitions show by default, the pace is steadier, and progress is measured more kindly. The whole engine changes behaviour between the two.
Do I need to sign in or pay?
No. It's free, with no login and no paywall. Your progress and Word Bank save on this device. Signing in later simply lets that Word Bank follow you across LLOS.ai.
How is it different from a spelling app?
It trains three things at once — spelling, vocabulary and listening — across 20 exercise types, and it adapts to your level and even your mood. Every word you touch becomes part of a permanent, shared Word Bank rather than a disposable quiz score.
What is the Dictation Exercise?
You hear a line read at one of five speeds, type it from memory, and then see a colour-coded, letter-by-letter breakdown of exactly what you got right, misspelled, missed or added. It's the fastest way to sharpen listening and spelling together.
How does it connect to Grammar Academy and Beyond Words?
One Word Bank flows across all of LLOS.ai. Master "resilience" here and it's mastered everywhere. From any word you can jump to Grammar Academy to see how it behaves in a sentence, or to Beyond Words to read its full book.

Every word you own is a door that stays open.
