Adjust character and paragraph styles

Before I send the pitch deck to sales, tidy the character and paragraph styles: expose the font sizes, list the line heights and indents at the top slide, consolidate duplicate styles into the master body and caption styles, and flag any slide that still uses local overrides that will confuse translators.

Translations reported inconsistent paragraph styles across the deck; I’m the presentation designer and I don’t know which slides carry local overrides versus real styles.
