Draw custom shapes and paths

Draw three custom icon-sized shapes: a rounded shield, a looping arrow, and an open box, all as clean closed paths and aligned to a 24px grid. Save them as separate artboards, expand strokes to fills, remove stray points, and drop the SVGs into the shared folder for Alex in product by 5pm today.

Before I hand these custom shapes to Alex, make them approval-ready: simplify any paths with more than 200 points, ensure all corners snap to the 24px grid, put a consistent 2px visual weight across the set, and call out any shapes that will need pixel hinting at small sizes.

I drew a set of custom icons with rounded corners, exported SVGs, and Alex reported inconsistent corner radii in the product build. I’m not sure if the problem is stroke alignment, corner effects, or transforms. What is the most likely culprit and the exact steps to fix these so the exported SVGs render consistent radii in the app?

Over a series of releases I keep sending icons that need post-export fixes—corner radii shift, strokes become hairline, and file count explodes. Which routine checks and one structural change to my source files will stop this pattern and cut post-handoff fixes by half?
