Export project reports

I need the monthly status packet exported for the exec team. Export this project’s tasks, comments, and custom fields into a single report covering completion percentage, overdue tasks, and owner breakdown. Deliver the report as a CSV and a printable PDF for Friday at 10:00 so finance can include it in the board deck. Before exporting, filter out tasks in the backlog column.

Before I send the project report to finance, make it easy to digest. Put the overall completion percentage and top three risks on the first page, make overdue tasks sortable by owner, and ensure custom budgeting fields appear beside each task. Remove internal notes and include a one-line summary for each owner explaining what they are blocking. Produce a PDF for the board and a CSV for analysts.

Finance returned the project export saying their model failed to ingest it because column order changed. The procurement lead is waiting on that data for forecasting. I don’t know whether the export settings or a recent custom-field rename caused it. What’s the quickest way to confirm which column order finance expects, how to lock the export to that order, and how to communicate the fix to procurement so they can re-run their import today?
