Turn off event notifications

I need all notifications stopped for the recurring 1:1s with Marco starting Monday. Open the September series he and I share, remove email and pop-up alerts for both of us, and leave the meeting time and guests unchanged. Confirm by sending Marco a brief note that reminders are off and why, with a Friday deadline to reply if he needs any reminders restored.

I disabled notifications for the monthly board meeting instead of the weekly client check-in. The board expects an agenda reminder; the client goes quiet without one. I can restore reminders but worry about missing approvals and looking careless.
