Resolve comments

Resolve the open review comments on the Results section after incorporating the edits. Go through each comment thread on pages 6–9, accept suggested edits where the change matches the reviewer’s intent, reply to any unresolved threads explaining the edit, and mark the remaining three discussion threads as no longer relevant with a short rationale before resolving them.

Before I resolve comment threads, Make it clear to the team what remains unsettled. Group comments into three buckets: accepted edits implemented, minor suggestions already addressed, and substantive issues needing follow-up. For the last bucket, add a single summary comment listing the outstanding decisions and who owns them so the PI can approve closure quickly.

I marked a comment resolved after updating the text, and then Marcus reopened the thread saying the change altered meaning. The PI expects the section final tomorrow. I am unsure which judgment is right and I cannot override Marcus without causing friction. What is the fastest, least disruptive way to decide and finalize the text before the deadline?
