Set meeting co-hosts

Assign co-hosts for Monday’s staff training: first give Marisol co-host, then Alex, then David, so they can run breakouts in that order if needed. Verify each appears in the participant list with co-host status and tell me if any are offline so I can call them.

Before I set the co-host list, make the process easier for the program lead: order the co-hosts by the tasks they need (admissions, breakout facilitation, recording), show which of our regulars are available, and flag any conflicts where someone can’t run breakouts and shouldn’t be assigned.

I made Marisol, Alex and David co-hosts for training, and now Marisol says she can’t join. I don’t know whether co-host privileges persist if I remove her before the meeting. Should I reassign her slot to Priya now or wait until the meeting start? What’s the least disruptive move that preserves the co-host order I planned?

I repeatedly scramble to assign co-hosts five minutes before sessions, which causes confusion and delays in starting. Where is the time lost most—coordination, availability checks, or the mechanics of assignment—and what single scheduling habit will stop the scramble? Give a three-step routine I can adopt for the next six sessions.
