Accept or reject suggestions

Go through the suggestion list on slide 5 and accept the three wording edits that match our style guide, reject the layout suggestion that conflicts with the slide template, and leave a short note explaining each rejection. Complete this by Friday so presenters have a final deck before Monday’s class.

Before I accept or reject suggestions on slide 5, make decisions easy for reviewers: list each suggestion with a one-line reason for accept or reject based on the style guide, highlight any that require re-running slide numbers, and flag any that need the presenter’s approval before final acceptance.

There are five suggestions on slide 5: three are minor wording, one changes layout, one changes a data point. I’m torn because the presenter prefers minimal edits but the data change may be important. I don’t know the origin of the data or who signed off. Should I accept the wording edits now and hold the layout and data change until I confirm with the presenter, or consult the data owner first? Recommend the most pragmatic next move and exact message to send to the presenter and data owner.
