Add speaker notes

Before I hand this to a substitute, make the notes easy to follow under stress: surface the learning objective and estimated minutes at the top of each speaker note, bold the exact student instructions, and mark any props or links teachers must have ready in red. Also create a two-line summary for each slide that a substitute can scan in ten seconds.

Over several classes substitutes keep saying the speaker notes are too long or unclear and lesson flow breaks down.
