Manage linked external accounts

I need to tidy linked accounts. Review and manage all external accounts connected to claire@lumenphoto.com: list each linked account (Facebook page, shop platform, analytics, third-party schedulers), the permission level granted, and the last time it accessed data. Revoke any links that haven’t been used in 90 days and confirm which ones need OAuth reauthorization to keep posting.

Before I show this to the team, make the linked-accounts view actionable: surface which connections can publish content, which can read private messages, and which store financial data. Highlight any provider known for past breaches and flag the ones that need reapproval to avoid a publishing outage next week.

The online shop stopped syncing yesterday and I discovered the shop platform is no longer linked. I don’t know whether the token expired, someone revoked access, or our payment admin changed settings. I’m afraid orders will be missed and customers billed twice. Should I reauthorize now, contact the platform admin, or temporarily pause the shop to avoid inconsistency? What’s the safest immediate move?
