Manage saved drafts

I need the saved drafts organized so I can find the right post fast. Move the twelve drafts into folders by campaign: Winter Sale, Behind-the-Scenes, Product Teasers. Keep the most polished version of each draft at the top and delete obvious duplicates. Confirm the final draft filenames and which folder each goes into before I post on Friday at 10:00 AM.

Before I share any of these drafts with the brand team, make approval simple: surface the call-to-action and caption preview at the top of each draft, highlight image quality issues and missing tags, and flag drafts that deviate from the Winter Sale brief. Mark three drafts that are ready to go and three that need copy or trim work.

I opened the drafts and found ten near-identical items called product_final with small timing differences. Priya in marketing wants the cleanest version but also wants the 15-second cut. I’m worried I’ll pick the wrong one and she’ll send it back, costing us time. Which draft is most likely to be the final cut, what quick checks prove it, and what’s the safest next step so I don’t waste the team’s Friday review window?
