Before I endorse Maya’s skills, make it credible: surface which project we collaborated on and one specific result — ‘telehealth redesign, 15% activation lift’ — and suggest a two-sentence endorsement text that names the skill and the context so hiring managers don’t dismiss it as a casual click.

I was about to endorse Maya’s Product Strategy skill but paused because endorsements sometimes look vacuous. I can’t tell whether a short note will be seen or ignored. What phrasing will make the endorsement look substantive and not overblown when it appears under her skills?
