Join the SaaS Founders Forum on behalf of my profile Jonah Miller. Join the group, answer the three membership questions honestly about company size, ARR and primary topic, set my notifications to weekly digest, and add a short pinned note introducing our seed-stage product and asking if anyone is hiring beta testers. Complete this before lunch today.

Before I request to join the group, make acceptance likely: rewrite my answers to the membership questions so they show relevance not salesiness; keep company size and ARR truthful but phrase the primary topic as collaboration; prepare a three-line intro that mentions mutual members Dana and Omar, shows one concrete beta ask, and avoids product jargon. Show the final answers and intro I should post once accepted.

I just got a rejection from the SaaS Founders Forum. The moderators didn’t say why. I’m worried my application sounded like a pitch and will close doors with members. I don’t know which answer triggered the rejection or which moderator to appeal to. Should I reapply with different phrasing, message Dana who is a member, or accept it and find another group? Recommend the likeliest cause and the best next step with a short message to Dana if we should ask for an intro.

Over the past quarter we applied to six relevant groups and were accepted into three; engagement there is minimal and moderators flagged our posts twice for being promotional. This costs time and hurts credibility. What habit should I change to gain real engagement from groups? Give one change to how I apply and one to the first three posts after acceptance.
