Choose a slide layout

Decide the slide layout for the executive summary slide of the Acme proposal. Use a two-column layout with a bold headline on the left and three key bullets on the right; make sure the font sizes match the rest of the deck and the header repeats on subsequent slides.

Before I apply a layout to the executive summary, make approval easier for the partner — surface the one-sentence recommendation in the largest type, put supporting metrics in a right-hand column, and flag any elements that will push content beyond one slide or reduce legibility when printed in black and white.

Across projects I repeatedly choose slide layouts that overflow and require an extra slide for what should be a single summary. That dilutes messages and makes reviews longer. Which change in my selection process will prevent overflow and keep core messages to one slide?
