The deck must run at the right pace for a 20-minute slot. Set animation timing so each slide’s builds finish quickly: set headline and chart builds to 0.4–0.6 seconds, stagger bullet reveals by 0.25 seconds, and ensure automatic advances only where the slide is a timed visual. Keep manual advances on slides where I will speak.

Before the rehearsal, tighten timings so nothing drags. Surface any animated element that takes longer than one second, reduce pauses between builds so bullets don’t sit half-built while I talk, and flag slides that currently rely on click-to-advance but would benefit from a short automatic delay during the recorded run. Make the pacing predictable for the audience.
