Create meeting agendas

Publish the meeting agenda for Friday's product sync with Design and Support, send it to Ana in Design and to Rahul in Support for input, and lock the agenda 24 hours before the meeting. Put the top three decisions we need and the timebox for each at the top.

Before I share the recurring product meeting agenda, make it easy for attendees to prepare: put the key decision and required pre-reads on page one, add a one-line owner for each item, and show how much time is allocated. Flag any items that need data from Analytics and note who will bring it.

I drafted Friday's product sync agenda and asked Ana and Rahul to add pre-reads; nothing came in and I expect people to wing it. I lead the meeting, Ana will present design, Rahul will report support metrics. I'm nervous this will turn into status updates rather than decisions. What is the likeliest reason pre-reads didn't arrive and what's the best move now to make the meeting decision-focused?

Over the past two months our weekly product syncs have ended with no clear decisions and lots of follow-ups. I coordinate these meetings, stakeholders include Design, Support and Analytics.
