Generate weekly reports

Summarize last week’s activity across sales, product, and ops into a single two-page weekly report for the leadership meeting on Monday. Pull open tasks completed, blockers, key metrics (MRR change, signups, churn), and any high-priority support tickets. Draft a one-paragraph highlight for each area and a one-line ask for the meeting. Leave figures footnoted with their source pages.

Before I send the weekly report to founders, make it easy for them to act. Put the key metric changes on the first lines, bold one-sentence recommendations, and flag any items that require their decision this week. Make the metrics clickable to the underlying records and surface any sudden regressions that exceed our predefined thresholds.

I built the weekly report and the churn rate jumped from 1.2% to 3.7% overnight. The product lead, Ravi, will want answers by the Monday meeting and I can't tell if this is a data glitch or real cancellations. I can either hold the report, call Ravi now, or note it as under investigation. What's the best immediate move and how should I phrase the churn line so leadership isn't misled but also not alarmed if it's an error?
