Export project data

I need to hand over the current project board and all related pages to our client lead, Marco, by Wednesday so he can archive it. Export the project database to CSV including all custom status, owner, due date, and notes fields; export the linked pages as a bundled PDF; and include a short README at the top of the export explaining the status legend and where decisions are recorded. Deliver the files to Marco and confirm receipt by end of day Wednesday.

Before exporting this project space for Marco, make the export easy to consume: put an executive summary page that lists open items, owners, and next steps; move critical decisions to the top of each linked page; and make a single CSV with a clear status column and a human-friendly priority column so Marco can filter without re-mapping fields.

I was asked to export our project data for Marco and he just said “send everything.” I don’t know whether he needs raw fields, a readable report, or the decision history. I’m worried I’ll overload him with irrelevant columns or miss the decision trail he cares about. What is the best minimal export I should send now and what single clarifying question should I ask Marco to cover the rest?

Every time we hand off a project export to a client we end up in two rounds of clarifying and resending because we either include too much raw data or forget the decision notes. What standard export template or single procedure should I adopt so exports are ready, minimize follow-up, and save an hour per handoff?
