Admit people from waiting room

Admit the three people waiting: Sarah Patel, Diego Morales, and Hannah Lee, into the therapy group session now, after confirming they are on the attendee list and that the session host is present; tell the host if anyone new joins late.

Before I admit people from the waiting room, make it faster for me to judge who to let in — surface whether each waiting person is on the roster, show any notes about access issues, and flag newcomers who need a quick intake so I can prioritize admitting the right people first.

We keep pausing sessions to verify waiting-room names and deal with unexpected attendees, which breaks therapeutic flow and raises confidentiality concerns. Should I require pre-registration for all participants, stick to a strict waiting-room checklist the host reviews before the session, or delegate admitting to a rotating admin so the therapist isn’t interrupted?
