Assign co-host privileges

The project review needs Tom to manage screen sharing when I'm presenting. Grant co-host privileges to Tom Castillo now, confirm he can start and stop screen share, and tell him to mute himself and rename his tile before he joins.

Before I make someone a co-host for the client demo, make sure they have the exact controls we need without giving unnecessary access. Assign co-host to Tom Castillo, verify he can admit participants, manage breakout rooms, and share his screen, and remind him to turn off recording if we don't want it saved.

I promoted Tom Castillo to co-host and he says he can't admit the late client from the waiting room. I don't know whether the meeting host role is still required for admissions, whether the client is using the wrong waiting room, or if permissions didn't apply. What's the likely issue and the fastest fix so the client can join?

On recurring demos I repeatedly stop to promote people to co-host so they can manage attendees and share content, which breaks flow. What habit, pre-meeting setup, or delegation rule would prevent mid-meeting interruptions and keep responsibilities clear?
