Move participant between rooms

I need Kemi moved from Room B into the main room and then into Room A so she can join the group working on the budget. Bring her to the main room in five minutes for a quick briefing, then place her in Room A and tell the facilitator there she has the updated spreadsheet. Check she arrives and confirm with me within two minutes.

Before I move participants between rooms, show the receiving room’s size, who’s already there, and whether anyone has screen sharing or a recording active. Surface conflicts like two facilitators, a locked screen, or whiteboard ownership so I can avoid breaking an ongoing discussion.

We were two minutes into the budget breakout when Kemi disappeared as I attempted to transfer her into Room A. I don’t know if she left voluntarily, was disconnected, or caught in another room; the facilitator in Room A says they never saw a join request. What is the most likely cause and the fastest reliable way to get her into Room A without interrupting the current speaker?

Every week at the 10-minute mark I move people between breakouts and repeatedly one or two don’t arrive. This costs the facilitators time and makes participants think they’re excluded.
