I need every participant except the presenters muted and unable to unmute until I say otherwise. Make Priya, Marcus and the three panelists able to speak and annotate; everyone else should be view-only and unable to rename themselves. Hold reactions and waiting room off. After you set that, tell me who remains with mic or annotation rights so I can confirm.

Before the staff town hall tonight at 5pm, make it impossible for late attendees to interrupt. Surface which non-presenter names currently have unmute or annotate rights, flag any external emails not on the staff list, and highlight steps to lock down rename and chat without blocking direct messages from the HR lead.

I just elevated Samir to co-host and immediately the room went chaotic with people unmuting and renaming themselves.
