Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, dictionary, learning labs, games, and icon & SVG libraries (together, the "Services") provided by LLOS.ai ("LLOS", "we", "us", "our"). LLOS.ai is the evolution of BeyondDictionary — what began as a dictionary has grown into a lifelong learning system many times its scale, spanning language, education, career, life, and meaning.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who may use the Services

You may use the Services if you can form a binding agreement with us under the law of your country. Where the Services are used by a child, a parent, guardian, teacher, or school is responsible for supervising that use and accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.

2. The Services

LLOS provides educational and reference tools, including a dictionary and word resources, interactive learning content across subjects, games and practice activities, and libraries of icons, emojis, and expressive SVG shapes. We may add, change, or remove features at any time as the Services evolve.

3. Your account and content

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping any credentials secure.
You retain ownership of original content you create using the Services. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Services for you.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to submit it.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

Break the law, infringe others' rights, or misuse the Services to harm others.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute our content, dictionary data, or icon libraries except as expressly permitted.
Upload malicious code or misleading, abusive, or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including their text, pedagogy, design, dictionary content, and the icon, emoji, and expressive-shape libraries, are owned by LLOS.ai / Pawan Nayar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights we expressly grant, all rights are reserved. Where specific assets are offered under a separate licence (for example, an icon-usage licence), that licence governs those assets.

6. Educational purpose; no guarantees

The Services are provided for learning and reference. While we work to keep content accurate and useful, we do not guarantee any particular educational outcome, exam result, or that content is free of errors. Use judgement, and verify anything you rely on for important decisions.

7. Third-party links and resources

The Services may link to or load third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, and your use of it is governed by the relevant third party's terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLOS.ai and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the Services, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services and their users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Specific jurisdiction/city to be confirmed.)
