Import and export EDL/AAF/XML

I need to hand the sequence to sound in an AAF. Export an AAF of the timeline DOCUMENTARY_SEQ with handles of 2 seconds, include stereo mixes and all media references, consolidate audio to 48k, and place the AAF and a track sheet in the deliverables folder. Double-check that clips with effects are rendered to new files and that mute states match the timeline.

Before sending audio to the mix house, make the export easier to ingest. Produce both an AAF and an XML, include a CSV track sheet listing source files, speaker names, and timecode ranges, mark any clips with offline media or nested sequences, and note where retimes or speed changes exist so the mixer doesn’t chase ghosts.

I exported an AAF for the mix and the facility reports missing files and mismatched timecodes. The producer is waiting on their invoice. I’m not sure if I consolidated incorrectly, used unsupported plugins, or exported the wrong sequence. What is the likely culprit and what immediate steps get them what they need fastest?
