Organize media bins

Organize this project’s media bins now: create bins named Interviews, Camera A, Camera B, Audio, B-roll, Graphics, and Sequences. Move Jonas’s interview takes into Interviews and their WAVs into Audio, put selects in a bin labeled Picks, and add a note to the Interviews bin detailing the best two takes for the producer.

Before I hand the project to the producer, make the bins approval-ready: surface the two best interview takes per question at the top, put synced interview sequences into Sequences, make a B-roll folder organized by location and shot type, and flag any clips with sound issues or visual defects that would stall approval.

I opened the project and the media bins are messy — interviews, selects, and raw clips are mixed. The producer visits tomorrow and will want to see the preferred interview takes quickly. I don’t know which takes are selects or which WAVs are synced. What is the fastest way to surface usable interview takes and present a tidy bin for review?

I keep inheriting projects with inconsistent bin structures, unclear naming, and no selects, which costs me hours making sense of footage before cutting. What standard bin layout, naming rules, and simple tagging routine should I enforce at intake so future projects arrive tidy and I can start cutting immediately?
