I need the live video scheduled for next Thursday at 11:00 a.m. for our small business page so the event appears on followers’ feeds and reminders go out. Invite Jamie in marketing as co-host and set the visibility to public. Confirm the thumbnail is the product image with text “Summer Launch” and that the description includes the promo link and the phrase “Live Q&A at 11am.” Do not publish until I approve the scheduled preview.

Before I schedule this live, make it easy for followers to sign up and for my team to prep. Move the call-to-action link to the first line, add estimated run time and agenda at the top, flag any missing assets (thumbnail, co-host permissions, caption file), and show how the event will look in mobile feed. Highlight anything that could cause the post to be rejected or have low reach.

I just scheduled the live and tried to add Jamie as co-host but the system returned a permission error. Jamie is listed as Page Editor and I can see their profile. I’m worried the live won’t have two presenters and that followers will see a blank host. What likely blocked the co-host addition and what’s the fastest fix so the scheduled event is correct by Tuesday?
