Schedule form open/close dates

I need the feedback form open from Monday at 08:00 and closed the following Friday at 17:00. Schedule the form to start accepting responses on Monday morning and to stop accepting responses at 17:00 next Friday. Confirm the time zone is set to our campus time, and send me a confirmation screenshot of the scheduled open/close settings.

Before I schedule the form window across a holiday week, make the window clear and minimally risky. Put the open and close date prominently in the form description, set automatic open and close times to campus time, schedule an email reminder to participants halfway through, and flag any questions that require late submissions so reviewers won’t be surprised.

I scheduled the form to close at 17:00 on Friday but it’s still collecting responses after that time. I don’t know whether the scheduler failed, the time zone was wrong, or there’s a separate response setting overriding it. I can’t tell students their late answers won’t be recorded. What’s the likely reason and what precise steps do I take now to stop collection and preserve the timestamped responses?
