Change tile size

I need the class view to show larger participant tiles so I can read students' faces and gauge engagement. For today’s 40-minute lesson with 18 students, set the tile size to large for the main grid and keep the presenter view small so the slides remain visible. Check on a quick sample of five students to confirm faces are legible before I start.

Before I start tomorrow’s faculty meeting, make it easy for attendees to see who’s talking and who’s disengaged. Move the most active speakers into larger tiles, put the presenter in a smaller persistent pane, and highlight any raised hands with a visible border. Flag any layout that will cut off video or hide names for reviewers.

I joined Lisa’s department call with 32 people and the participant tiles are so small I can’t read expressions. I need to change tile size quickly without disrupting the presenter who’s sharing slides. Who should I change it for (all participants or only a gallery view), what’s the fastest way to do that in this meeting type, and what negative effects should I watch for?
