Resize or crop an image

I need the hero photo in slide 3 resized and cropped to the exact classroom projector safe area so it doesn't clip at the edges when displayed. Make the visible area 16:9 centered on the student's faces, confirm no important content sits within 40 pixels of any slide edge, and save a copy named Science_Lab_ProjSafe before you replace the slide image.

Before I hand this to the department head, make the image easy to approve: crop it so the students’ faces are fully visible and centered, show the crop box dimensions in pixels, put the before/after thumbnails side by side on the slide, and flag any part of the photo that will be lost on a 4:3 projector.
