Monitor mentions of Acme Corp and Delta Systems across public posts and comments today. Every afternoon, compile any posts that mention either company by name, note the poster, include a one-sentence sentiment assessment, and escalate any post that looks like customer complaints, legal risk, or recruiting leaks to legal and PR with the direct link and time-stamped screenshot.

Before I hand over daily mention reports to PR, make the report easy to act on: surface urgent items at the top, quantify how many mentions are positive versus negative, and flag any posts where employees are revealing confidential plans or where a customer expresses intent to churn.
