Add Priya Haque and Miguel Torres to the Support team with Member roles, remove former contractor Alan Reed, and confirm role inheritance for their channels. Verify Priya can access the KB files and Miguel can post in the Escalations channel. Complete this before the Friday morning handover.

Before I open the people panel to change access, make it obvious who needs which role. Surface current blockers like pending guest invitations, list members missing two-factor auth, and highlight anyone with overlapping access that could cause accidental leaks. Suggest the smallest role change that fixes each access problem.
