Search within a document

Search the 120-page brief for every occurrence of ‘prejudice’ and ‘exculpatory’ plus their plural forms, compile the ten most relevant passages into a single file, and highlight the surrounding paragraph for counsel to review before tomorrow’s hearing.

Before I hand the brief to counsel, make the internal search useful: surface exact phrase hits, group hits by section so they can see context, and flag near-misses where a synonym was used instead of the target term so counsel won’t miss key arguments during review.

I remember drafting a sentence with the phrase ‘undue burden’ in a client memo last month, but quick searches aren’t finding it and I’m on a deadline. Could it be in an earlier version or embedded in a header/footer? What targeted search steps will most likely recover that line quickly without opening every prior file?
